Wine & Dine mit Markus Ruch
Enjoy a summer evening under the open sky at Franziskanerplatz together with winemaker Markus Ruch. A carefully paired 5-course menu will be accompanied by selected wines from his diverse portfolio: Burgundy-inspired Pinots, white wines aged in amphorae, and other characterful terroir wines.
CHF 125 per person, including a 5-course menu, wine pairing, water, and coffee.

Tatar & Bubbles
Summer is just around the corner, and we’re celebrating it with creative tartare dishes, refreshing bubbles, and plenty of sunshine on our terrace.
Our beef tartare is classic, yet with a distinctive Schlüssel twist. Alongside it, we serve a Swiss fish tartare as well as a refined vegetarian variation. Whether enjoyed as a starter, main course, or as a tartare trilogy, paired with our house Crémant and other exciting sparkling wines, it makes for the perfect summer evening on the terrace.

Game Specialties from Local Hunting
Autumn is game season, and at our restaurant you can enjoy venison from local hunting. We work exclusively with whole animals, fully embracing the nose-to-tail philosophy. Rich flavours, seasonal side dishes, and autumnal sauces – sometimes classic, sometimes with the typical Schlüssel twist. To complement the experience, we are happy to recommend a carefully selected wine from our cellar.

Pink Monk Carnival
During Carnival, everything turns pink, loud, and full of joie de vivre! Together with the legendary Pink Monks, we celebrate the fifth season with costumes, Guggenmusik, and culinary specialities. Everything feels different than usual, yet so much remains wonderfully familiar.
